Terms of Service

Gazillion CRI is an AI-powered B2B communication recovery intelligence platform. The Service connects to your organization's existing communication and collaboration tools to:

• Monitor Slack channels and Microsoft Teams conversations for communication failures (missed tasks, vague ownership, redundant discussions, unanswered questions)
• Automatically join and record calendar meetings (via Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, and Zoom) to generate transcripts and meeting summaries
• Use AI analysis to detect communication breakdowns and calculate the financial cost of miscommunication
• Send automated intervention DMs via Slack to relevant team members when issues are detected
• Send meeting nudges to organizers about potential issues such as missing agendas, excessive duration, or low participation
• Extract action items from meetings and automatically create Jira tickets
• Provide a real-time dashboard with detection feeds, meeting cost analytics, and recovered value metrics

To use the Service, you must create an account using email/password or sign in via Google or Microsoft OAuth. You agree to provide accurate and complete information including your name, work email, and organization name.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, managing your two-factor authentication (2FA) settings, and for all activities under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

We support session management — you can view active sessions, revoke access from specific devices, and enable TOTP-based 2FA for additional security.

Gazillion CRI is designed for organizational use. When you sign up, you create or join an organization. All data within the platform is strictly isolated by organization — users can only access data belonging to their own organization.

Organization administrators have additional privileges including: managing team members and roles, configuring integrations, setting cost parameters (average hourly rates, currency), adjusting data retention policies, and viewing audit logs.

The Service requires connecting third-party platforms to function. By connecting an integration, you authorize Gazillion CRI to access data within the scope of the OAuth permissions granted:

• Slack: Read message history across channels, groups, and DMs; send messages as the Gazillion bot; read user profiles and email addresses
• Microsoft Teams: Read channel and chat messages via real-time subscriptions; read calendar events; access user and organization profiles
• Google Calendar: Read-only access to calendar events including meeting metadata and participant lists
• Zoom: Read meeting details, list meetings, access cloud recordings, and read user profiles
• Jira: Read and write Jira issues and projects for automatic task creation from detected action items

You may disconnect any integration at any time from the Integrations page. Disconnecting revokes our access and stops all data collection from that platform.

Gazillion CRI uses artificial intelligence (large language models) to analyze communication data and take automated actions:

• Detecting communication failures in Slack/Teams messages and classifying their type and severity
• Generating meeting summaries and extracting action items from transcripts
• Calculating the financial cost of meetings based on participant count, duration, and configurable hourly rates
• Sending intervention DMs to team members on Slack when actionable issues are detected
• Creating Jira tickets for action items extracted from meetings
• Sending nudge messages to meeting organizers about scheduling or format issues

All AI-generated insights are advisory. The Service does not make binding organizational decisions. You acknowledge that AI analysis may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete results.

When meeting auto-join is enabled, Gazillion CRI will automatically join scheduled calendar meetings using bot participants that record audio and generate transcripts.

It is your organization's responsibility to ensure that meeting participants are informed about recording and that recording complies with applicable laws and company policies. Gazillion CRI provides the technical capability but does not manage consent on your behalf.

Your organization retains ownership of all data provided to or generated through the Service, including communication data, meeting recordings, transcripts, and detection results. Gazillion CRI does not claim ownership of your data.

We do not use your organization's data to train AI models. Data is processed solely to deliver the Service to your organization.

Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to access data belonging to other organizations
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or extracting data outside of intended use
• Introducing malicious software or disrupting platform operations
• Using the Service to surveil, harass, or take adverse employment actions based solely on AI-generated detections
• Circumventing rate limits, authentication, or security controls
• Sharing account credentials or OAuth tokens with unauthorized parties

Gazillion CRI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All software, algorithms, designs, AI models, prompts, trademarks, and branding associated with Gazillion CRI are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written permission.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, deployments, or circumstances beyond our control.

Communication data, detections, and meeting records are subject to configurable retention policies (default 90 days). Expired data is automatically and permanently purged. Organizations can adjust retention periods from their dashboard.

Upon account or organization deletion, all associated data is permanently removed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gazillion CRI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, including damages from AI-generated recommendations, meeting recordings, automated messages, or integration data processing.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Gazillion CRI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if a user or organization violates these Terms. Users may discontinue use and request account deletion at any time.

Upon termination, all integrations are disconnected, active sessions are revoked, and organizational data is scheduled for deletion per our retention policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes occur, we will notify users via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gazillion CRI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
